About Effectory surveys
Although the outcome of an Effectory survey is powerful, and has far reaching benefits for the client organisation, setting one up is simple, inexpensive and requires little time and energy from the client. The Effectory difference

Effectory utilises the industry's most comprehensive attitudinal driver model (Organisational X-ray®) which, in addition to covering the likes of engagement, also allows analysis of critical factors such as leadership, social responsibility, efficiency, customer orientation, risk status, propensity to absence and predicted attrition. There is not a more comprehensive model or employee survey in existence today.
Standard or custom survey
Our work with you is always customised, particularly in the areas of planning, group classification, communication and reporting. Additionally, we will recommend certain questions based on the primary goal behind the survey and the required outcomes. When developing a survey we take into account the views of a cross section of your workforce, the organisation's overall strategy, and your industry needs. We then draw from a database of questions, which are benchmarked to allow external comparison.
