In 1996, Effectory was founded by Arne Barends and Guido Heezen, who are both still active in guiding the organisation. Today, Effectory employs approximately 160 passionate employees. You benefit from their experience.

Naturally, we make use of our own employee survey! Every year we carry out our own survey within Effectory. We can proudly say that we score far above the national average (8.9 on a 10-point scale in 2011). This result is one of the most important pieces of management information for Effectory directors.

Effectory works for more than 600 organisations, who annually or biannually conduct an employee survey. There is a 50/50 breakdown between the profit and non-profit sector. In the profit sector, Effectory works for Consultancies, Retailers, IT, Construction and Industrial companies. Effectory can conduct research worldwide; we conduct research in every continent of the world. This makes it possible to benchmark all research with different countries or even continents.
Effectory can conduct research in 25 different languages. You can choose from 200 standardised questions that are readily available in these 25 different languages. The reports, that contain the results from the research, are also available in these 25 languages. Together with about 35 country benchmarks, you are assured that your international needs will be met!
Yes, we even have a specialised team! This team is specialised in the international market. It consists of Project Managers and Consultants that have great experience in managing multi-country accounts. You can be assured that your project will be handled in the most professional manner.
Yes. However, it's not a conditional sale. Our primary objective is to provide you with a first-class organisational scan from the perspective of your employees. If you require additional assistance, we have highly qualified staff members at your service!
Additionally, we have an Action Planning Team that can help you with training programs and/or in-house workshops. You will learn how to translate the results into actions that have an impact.
Next to our Action Planning Team, we can also provide you with an online action planning (e-learning) tool and with an action planning methodology, free of charge.
We strive to bring you in contact with consultants within Effectory who fit with you and your organisation. We also listen carefully to input and suggestions from our clients and employees. In this way we try to continually improve our services.
Your survey will always be tailored. The starting point for the setup of the survey is what you want to achieve with the survey. Furthermore, we take your wishes regarding planning, grouping, internal and possibly external communication and reporting into account.
You are in close connection with your Project Manager and Consultant to ensure that your research runs smoothly. Additionally, your questionnaire will be customised to fit your needs. Depending on what exactly you want to measure, certain questions are recommended. For almost all sectors and sizes of organisations, it is possible to conduct 'standard research' at a reasonable price.

Effectory's research is more extensive compared to traditional research (that is often a simplified form of satisfaction research); you will be pleased with the move. Effectory aims to keep your transfer costs to the absolute minimum.
