Effectory is divided into three project teams that service all our clients: our Healthcare team (Dutch hospitals and other care organizations), Non-Profit (government, education etc.) and Profit, your next team. Team Profit focuses on all for-profit organizations and is at the forefront of our international expansion. It consists, like the other teams, of consultants, project managers and team assistants.
So, what will you be doing? Together with the project manager, your main goal is to help clientele gather their employees’ feedback during the entire employee journey. You’ll draw parallels from this feedback, to help organizations reach their goals. Together with your clients, you’ll decide on the feedback tools necessary, survey content and you’ll turn the results into actionable recommendations. You present your findings to boards, executive committees and management teams. You’re not only acting as a consultant, you are a sparring partner for your HR contact during the entire project. Based on your observations, you advise clients on how things can be improved and which other feedback tools might be useful for them. You make sure the collaboration isn’t just close, but that it’s also pleasant and even fun. The goal: improve organizations from within.
You are just full of energy, you are confident and very self-aware. You know how to get things done. You easily spot commercial opportunities and you are ready to move organizations forward. You’re a natural public speaker and know how to jumpstart a dialogue after telling your story. You know how to deal with seasoned C-suite directors, and can advise them appropriately. You have a knack for making connections, establishing professional relationships and maintaining them. You also put the client front and center, you know how to perform when the pressure is on and you are very analytical – after all, our feedback tools produce a lot of data.
We’re looking for someone with at least a Bachelor’s degree, near-native English fluency (a hard requirement), international professional experience, cultural sensitivity, and 1 to 3 years of experience.
