As Effectory is growing rapidly, you will be dealing with new markets and will be faced with changing customer needs. This position requires strong business acumen, a problem solving mentality and excellent communication skills. Together with your team, you'll work hard to help companies develop from the insights gained from their employee's feedback. A track record of delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment is a must. Maintaining (customer) relationships comes naturally to you. You like to think along with customers and colleagues to build out-of-the-box solutions.
As project manager in this self-managing team, you will be responsible for the organisation and export of employee surveys. You advise clients on the implementation of their project and liaise with them during the entire process. You'll work with Effectory's custom in-house systems, with which, you will monitor the planning, distribute communications and mailings, facilitate the execution of print and digital surveys, manage the respondent data and fine-tune the content of research reports. Delivering precise work with your eye for detail, is central to this role. Throughout the research projects, you are the main contact person for the clients. You will work closely with consultants, reporting specialists and project staff.
