In Europe, high turnover is a major concern for HR professionals and C-suite executives, with 99% of organizations grappling with various talent challenges – from workforce diversity to an increase in “quiet quitting.” This trend is underscored by the latest statistics, with only 63% of employees feeling energized at work in 2022, down from 74% in 2019 (Mercer, 2023). As a result, improving the employee experience has become the top HR priority for 2023 (Mercer, 2023).

This usually happens when the anonymity requirements aren’t met. You can check this by opening the project in My Effectory and selecting the “View Response” button. Remember that you can use the search bar on the response page to quickly find your team’s feedback.
