In Europe, high turnover is a major concern for HR professionals and C-suite executives, with 99% of organizations grappling with various talent challenges – from workforce diversity to an increase in “quiet quitting.” This trend is underscored by the latest statistics, with only 63% of employees feeling energized at work in 2022, down from 74% in 2019 (Mercer, 2023). As a result, improving the employee experience has become the top HR priority for 2023 (Mercer, 2023).
