Welcome to the community newsletter of March

Spring is here, and strategies are no longer plans on slide decks. They are meeting day-to-day reality as Q1 is almost behind us and the first results begin to take shape.

But turning strategy into results almost always requires change – whether that’s new ways of working, restructuring teams, shifting priorities, or evolving roles. And this is where things get difficult: nearly 70% of change initiatives fail to deliver the expected results. And in many cases, the strategy itself is not the problem. What undermines progress is the human side of change that remains unnoticed for too long.

From the top, progress can look steady. Milestones are tracked and updates seem reassuring. Inside teams, however, employees face new pressures that reshape their roles and day-to-day work.

This is where the visibility gap forms. Leaders track KPIs, while employees experience pressure, ambiguity, and competing expectations. When that happens, performance drifts long before the numbers reflect it.

The good news? It’s March. There is still time to pause, reflect, and adjust.

In this edition, we focus on closing that gap so strategy, culture, and execution stay connected while change is still underway.
