I added the wrong e-mail address to an employee file on My Effectory. How can I edit the e-mail and resend the link to the running survey?
Central coordinators and employee coordinators can adjust an employee e-mail address while running a survey on My Effectory via the ‘Employees’ tab. It can take up to 10 minutes for this change to be processed. After that you or the employee can request the link via our support page.
