Effectory International recently spent time in studying the similarities of the organisations that scored highly in our employee surveys. Our aim was to investigate the similarities of highly scoring organisations, and after careful review, we condensed the similarities into 7 secrets of best employers.

Over the past 15 years or so, we’ve conducted thousands of employee surveys.  We’ve worked with countless organisations, some of whom are considered to be best employers, some of whom are not.

Effectory International recently spent time in studying the similarities of the organisations that scored highly in our employee surveys, especially in employee engagement. Our aim was to investigate if the organisations that scored highest in our surveys all had something in common, or not.
