Time to celebrate the 2025–2026 World-class Workplace label holders
The World-class Workplace recognition is fully driven by employee feedback. There are no applications, no jury decisions, and no marketing efforts involved. Employees share their honest, anonymous feedback, and those voices determine which organizations earn the label.
The label is awarded once a year to organizations whose employees score above the regional benchmark on both employer excellence and Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS). Results come from an organization-wide survey and are compared against benchmarks built from millions of employee responses worldwide. The label can’t be bought, influenced, or requested.
And that’s exactly what makes this recognition so meaningful. It’s a sign that employees feel listened to, supported, and positive about where they work. It reflects a workplace people genuinely appreciate.
