Effectory International will be present at the international fair of Zukunft Personal in Cologne from 17 until 19 September. This well-known and large fair is one of the most important ones in Europe.
Zukunft Personal: HR fair in Cologne, Germany
Effectory Munich’s managing director, Dr. Matthias Zimmermann, will provide a lecture on People Involvement & Feedback Landscapes. He will touch upon subjects like when and where to outroll an employee survey, but will also give deeper insights into Effectory’s tech and touch approach.
Besides the lecture, Effectory will also offer a workshop on how CHRO’s can boost their organizational results by engaging their people. In this workshop, self-evaluation will be used to review your feedback landscape. Upon leaving, contestants will be fully aware on how to optimize their feedback landscapes and get better results. You should expect a hands-on interpretation to how the optimization of your feedback landscape can have an incredible impact on your employee surveys.
