Effectory names the best employers of 2025 — Based on feedback from over one million employees
The 2025 World-class Workplace winners in the Netherlands are:
- Daan – fewer than 1,000 employees
- TenCate Grass – 1,000 to 10,000 employees
- Achmea – more than 10,000 employees
All three scored well above benchmark in key areas like Engagement, Enablement, Employer Excellence, and eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) based on anonymous feedback from their people.

To earn the World-class Workplace label, an organization needs to complete the Effectory’s World-class Workplace Scan. Results are benchmarked against data from over a million employees worldwide.
