When Effectory was founded 17 years ago, we designed a logo depicting our human aspect by means of a Vitruvian Man and the exact nature of our organisation by means of a pie chart. This is a powerful logo with a clear framework and the blue color plane.
In recent years, Effectory has become a market leader in employee surveys and has simultaneously developed itself into an organisation with an open character, a flat organisational structure and young, professional and dynamic staff. In turn, this created a need for a logo that better fits who we now are; fresh, young and innovative. The essence of the logo has been preserved, with a modern interpretation that fits Effectory today.
In the coming months, we will be working on introducing the new logo and our new corporate identity. We have opted for a gradual introduction to avoid the unnecessary disposal of old material. By the start of the New Year all our materials will be up-to-date and we can start 2014 with a fresh face!
