Excitement is in the air as we unveil a thrilling chapter in Effectory’s journey – the opening of our brand-new office at Rokin 16 in the heart of Amsterdam! This move is more than a change of address; it’s a significant leap towards sustainability and celebrates our full transition into SaaS.

New year, new address: Effectory HQ moves to Rokin 16 in Amsterdam

A perfect match for our values

Our move to Rokin 16 is a deliberate choice, aligning our workspace with the values and philosophy that drive Effectory. Nestled in the booming center of Amsterdam, our new office and its stunning location, is a statement of who we are and what we stand for. Fueled by employee feedback, we designed a space where everyone can focus on work, collaborate, and build community.

A sustainable choice

At Effectory, sustainability is not just a buzzword; it’s a commitment. Our new home reflects this dedication to a greener future. We’ve optimized our space, utilizing smarter technology and reducing energy consumption. With fewer square meters, we’ve created an environment that not only fosters productivity but also reduces our ecological footprint. We’ve also opted for an office space that is more accessible.

Employee feedback at the core

Our incredible journey to this new office involved everyone at Effectory. Of course, we did this with employee feedback! We had a dedicated team to coordinate and prepare the new office around our employees’ wishes. By surveying our team, we listened to their preferences and shaped a space that embodies our collective vision. In 100 days from now, we’ll send a new survey to optimize and understand if what we set out to build is truly how it is experienced.

Mixing different wishes and workstyles

Step inside, and you’ll find more than just workstations – our new office is a testament to versatility and collaboration. Designed for collaboration and flexibility, it’s a space where ideas flow freely, connections deepen, and innovation thrives. The intent is clear: we’re forging a community. We purposefully made one big lunch table, where silos will break down naturally. We also created dedicated focus areas: individual rooms and a silent library space with desks and screens. Also, we made sure there is a “fun” room, where people can relax, play ping pong, read a book and just have fun. That same room was built in such a way that it can host creative team sessions, with whiteboards and plenty of daylight.

The next chapter begins

Join us in celebrating this milestone – a symbol of our shared dedication to teamwork, sustainability, and building organizations with the voice of every employee.

Cheers to new beginnings!
